Sketch Challenge no.17

Morning Everyone

Hopefully some of you are enjoying the Public Holiday today, if not, we hope it is still a relaxing and good day for you!

We are back with a new sketch challenge today and here is the sketch.

Guest Designer Badge

We have a really super Guest Designer today, and she is the wonderfully talented Debbi Tehrani.
She has such an awesome style and is really so very creative.

Hi, I'm Debbi Tehrani. I'd like to start out by saying how excited and honored I am to be here at Scrap Africa as a guest designerSuch an amazing group of designers and members you have here!
I live in Frederick, Maryland, with Farzad, my husband of 31 years. We have no children, but we have two cats and three bearded dragons. Two of the beardies accompany me to school, where I teach fifth grade.
I've been scrapping for about a dozen years. I scrap 8 x 8, which is why I often include only one photo on my layouts. I love telling stories on my pages and using elements that will help to tell my stories. For me, scrapbooking is a creative outlet and a way to capture and celebrate all the random little things that make my life special and meaningful. Recently, I have been creating pages for friends who have lost loved ones. The page I made for Scrap Africa is one of these.
I love a scrapbooking challenge, and I've been on a bunch challenge design teams over the years, including Creative Scrappers, How Much Is Too Much, Sketchabilities, Creative Prompts for You, and Color Combos Galore. I also designed for Work in Progress kits and was a designer and writer forScrapbook News & Review. My pages have been published in Scrapbook Trends, Scrapbooks, Etc., and Simple Scrapbooks,  as well as several online publications. I founded and create for CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration. I'd love for you to come check us out, and I welcome you to combine the sketch challenges here with CSI's Case Files.
The internet has transformed my hobby from a solitary passion to one that I can share with online friends I have made all over the world. If you'd like to see more of my work, I'd love for you to come visit my blog, Little Scraps of Magic.
