Winners & TOP 5 - Vintage Theme Challenge no.35

Morning Everyone

Wow....we have a super number of entries for the Vintage Challenge! Thanks soooo much to all of you who played along! We had such a wide spread voting, which just goes to show that there were really an amazing amount of beautiful projects! So yes, thanks so much for having played along! ;-)

This is also the reason for a TOP 5, the voting was widespread and so close between these 5 projects, that I thought I would showcase them all!

We really loved this page for it's layers, texturing, design and styling! Anna does such amazing work and this page is just super, gorgeous in every way! The theme and sentiment was really close to our hearts as well! ;-) Awesome page!

Challenge no.35 - Vintage Theme

Hello Everyone

Welcome to Monday and I hope that you had a super, restful weekend.

Today is the start of a new challenge and it's a vintage theme!

Create a card, layout or OTP project in vintage theme!

Welcome Lisa Griffith!!

Hello! My name is Lisa Griffith and I live in the United States with my husband and my eight year old son, Liam. I have been scrapbooking since my son was born but it has become a real passion for me since discovering mixed media several years ago. You can find me most Saturday mornings at estates sales, looking for vintage treasures that I like to incorporate into my work….bits of tattered lace, buttons, vintage photographs, beautiful old magazines….My style varies with the themes I choose and I love to add a lot of texture with masks and paints. I love antiques and anything vintage so the invitation for this challenge was really enjoyable to me! Currently I design for Blue Fern Studios, The Scrapbook Diaries and Pion Design. Sketch Challenge no.30

"Hello sweeties, my name is Pascale. I'm living in France, near Tours, with my two teenagers. I started scrapbooking at the end of 2010. One of my hobbies is photography and over the years I've taken a lot, really a lot, of pictures, but they always stay in my computer. I've always like handicraft. So scrapbooking is just a way to combine two of my hobbies, a way to express my creativity and to showcase my photos. Since I began to scrap, flowers are part of my layouts, and I gradually started to use mixed media as well. I don’t know how to define my style, perhaps something like free vintage shabby style could be a good definition.

But it’s up to you to judge :) "
